Title : Manager - Learning &amp; Development Education Qualification &amp; Experience : - Post Graduate Degree&nbsp;(Full Time Only) in or related to HR, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Sciences Must Have Experience : - PAN India &amp; some APAC experience - Very strong experience in Leadership Development &amp; Organizational Development - Should be from IT Organisation Only - Should have experience as Trainer (Like Soft Skills/ Behavioral) Good to Have : - Certification in MBTI, DISC, EI or similar personality/behavior assessments - Mode of Hire : FTE Experience : 13-17 Years Location : Bangalore Job Overview : - You will be responsible for developing and implementing an organization wide Learning &amp; Development plan that facilitates and drives individual development and competency building in line with organization requirements. Primary Responsibilities : - Responsible for the Design, Delivery and/or implementation of all people development initiatives, culture and talent programs for all employees in the region - Leadership Development &amp; Organizational Development - On learning and development side this includes Identifying learning needs by partnering with business leaders, and other stakeholders and further catering to them using the suite of global and local programs and solution. - Delivery and success of programs including digital solutions and other learning initiatives - Facilitating trainings and events during off-sites, QBRs as needed across the region - Partnering with HRBPs in implementation of key talent programs (like goal setting, performance check-ins, talent review, top talent program) - Promoting company core values and cultural principles across through various interventions - Managing programs end-to-end including program design/customization, delivery and facilitation, program promotions and marketing, and all other training operations - Creating assessment centers - TNI &amp; Assessments - Facilitating in-person and VILT training as needed - Provide program management and/or project support for people development initiatives. - Team Management across locations Key Skills : - Subject-matter knowledge in core learning and development, and culture programs - In-depth understanding of talent development and HR programs - Learning program design and delivery skills - Facilitation and presentation skills - Stakeholder management - Program and project management skills - Ability to think global, act local - Go-getter attitude - Customer focus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
