Urgent Opening for Manager- Learning & Development with a Healthcare co @ Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Location : Airoli

Salary Range: Between 9 LPA to 10 LPA

Shift Timing: 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Any 9 hrs shift)

Working Days: 5 days

Weekly Off: Saturday- Sunday Off

Qualification: Graduate/PG

Experience: Min 3.5 years soft skills training/ Communication Training/ VNA from International BPO only.

Gender Preference: Male Candidates only

The candidate is expected to travel to Aurangabad once in 2 months. Please set expectations with your candidate accordingly.

Harbour : Airoli - Panvel

Key Accountabilities:

Training Delivery:

- Facilitate and deliver the planned Training batches as per the calendar and process defined.

- Manage the learning environment by conveying objectives, using relevant methodologies and aligning learning solutions with course objectives and learner needs.

- Prepare for training delivery.

- Help devise course methods, media, and materials that are interactive and innovative in design.

 - Identifying key Learning programs through market research

- Actively participate in miscellaneous training projects and tasks as appropriate.

- To develop training programs as per business need and process defined.

- Manage end-end training

- Employee Development initiatives for new hires in the organization

MIS & Training Coordination

- Liaison with Internal clients for understanding training needs in the organization.

- Training Coordination for programs to be conducted.

- Analysis of feedback.

- Maintaining 100% accuracy in the training records and analysis as per TAT. All program records to be updated within 2 days of program completion.

- Vendor Management

Knowledge and Experience:

- Ability to work under stress and work with conflicting deadlines and priorities.

- Strong time management skills

- Excellent oral, written, articulation and communication skills.

- Bachelors Degree required.

- Willing to work in shifts as required.

- Proficient in MS Office

- 3.5 years and above in soft skills training

- Experience in conducting MDP's.
