The Job Description for the Person to be hired will be
We are look for young, enthusiastic, original thinking professionals (5-8 years experience in Learning Management areas) to anchor the learning objectives through right interventions and adopt best practices in this area.
a) Work with Leadership team and knowledge champions to identify Priority Learning areas
b) Help Structure Training content / delivery mechanisms and put together a structured curriculum like approach & relevant pedagogy for the topic at hand and the intended audience profiles. - f2f, audio/video/ interactions and hands-on experience gaining given our organisation context.
c) Implement Learning schedules/ Learning sessions / interventions
d) Collect Metrics towards the learning effectiveness (including that the learnt knowledge is practiced as well)
e) Alter approaches based on feedback and be nimble to ensure effectiveness of the program
f) Help create a culture of Learning and Coaching Mindset for the various stakeholders of the Ecosystem
