Job Title: AM/Manager - Learning & Development (Female only)

Role & responsibilities:
- Promoting and championing company's learning interventions and talent tools.
- Execute impactful learning solutions that drive the business strategy.
- Drive the continual optimization and maturity of learning systems and programs, aligned to business strategy.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
- Develops a comprehensive plan of training interventions, programs, and toolkits.
- Leverage Learning Management System and existing tools to eliminate manual processes/work and drive efficiencies.
- Align with the business to discover impactful ways for measuring training effectiveness.
- Make recommendations on program changes and conduct cost/benefit analysis of potential operational improvements.
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
- In partnership with the Learning Solutions team or vendor partners, develop impactful learning solutions that will drive the business strategy. This includes designing, developing, deploying, maintaining, and evaluating functional learning solutions.
- Participate in broader team projects and initiatives to continuously improve inhouse L&D programs.
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
Education and Work Experience:
- Graduation in any stream and MBA/PGDBM in HR.
- Proven experience in L&D Function (more than 6-9 years) within a large Indian or multinational organization.
Knowledge & Skills
- Candidate having experience in L&D Function in FMCG industries will be preferred.
- Ability to lead a full training cycle.
- Record of accomplishment in designing and executing successful training programs.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e learning, workshops, simulations etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
- Good computer and database skills.
