Manager - Learning & Development - Education Industry (5-10 yrs)

Role: Lead - Learning & Development

Location: Delhi/NCR

This is a very interesting role for Learning and Development Specialist with a leading Education Company based in Delhi NCR.

This role will encompass overseeing all the Learning and Development activities including Training Delivery, implementation of HR policies and Talent Management. Large part of this role will be involved in developing and implementing the action plan for achieving a higher ranking in the Great Place To Work (GPTW) survey.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization.

- Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of corporate training programs and strategies.

- Co-ordinate with the different departments to understand the need of training and get the same organized (in-house or from outsourced resources.)

- Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs.

- Prepare the Annual Training budget and ensure compliance.

- Develop and implement the action plan for achieving a higher ranking in the Great Place To Work (GPTW) survey.

- Manage HRMS portal in areas of employee engagement.

- Participate in organizing company-wide events along with the HR & Admin teams.

Must have skills:

- You must be an MBA -HR from a good B-School with minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development.

- Proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.)

- Ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills of self and outsourced Training bodies.

- Ability to implement of HR policies for Training & Development, Induction and Talent Management

- Maintain high energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style

- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities

- Strong attention to detail/level of quality, communication (written and verbal).

- Strong in organizing, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required.

Please note this role requires you to work on flexible days when needed and sometimes you may need to work on may be on weekends, holidays and evenings to accommodate training, monitoring and supervisor coverage. This role requires some traveling also.
