This role primarily designs and develops curriculum that align with overall business strategies. The role works with subject matter experts, instructors and educational partners to create and deploy coursework that adheres to the overall training and development strategy. A successful incumbent would be required to rapidly deliver and iterate learning solutions. It would also involve design of quantitative and behavioural metrics to assess training results. This role would need a self-starter who can navigate through ambiguity and should have the mindset to work through in a fast-paced culture.  RESPONSIBILITIES :  - Conducts needs analysis to identify and develop competencies required to meet business objectives. Measures differences between current and desired competencies to develop curriculum, and develops technical and non-technical training curriculums to close skill gaps.  - Works with leadership, Human Resources, and others to develop, review, revise and approve scope of work, milestones, timeframes, and program organization to complete training projects. Additionally, find alternatives to better meet the business needs.  - Designs and develops coursework and curriculums, training materials, modules, simulations and teaching aids to consistently meet training objectives, competency levels and learning needs of audiences. Identifies and develops instructor-led interventions to close skill gaps.  - Selects a variety of techniques to define and sequence the content for effectiveness. Develops interactive coursework for target audiences with different learning styles, varying the frequency, importance, difficulty and complexity of material as needed.  - Validates methods and learnings to provide feedback and modify programs as needed.  - Define and develop in collaboration with HR Business Partners, career paths and career development programs and tools  - Provide tools and coaching to create high performance teams and organizations  - Create on-boarding program and tools to create a positve new employee experience  - Uses advanced methods and media, such as video, distance learning, e-learning, and mlearning,  - for training, communications and assessments to enhance blended learning.  - Extensive experience designing and implementing quantitative and behavioral metrics to  - assess training effectiveness.  - Serves as a learning and training functional resource for content, processes and presentations.  QUALIFICATIONS:  - Professional Degree required in Instructional Design, Education or Instructional Technology or related field of study. Prefers Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology with a focus on adult education.  - 8+ years of experience leading and delivering innovative Leadership and Employee Development strategies and programs in a fast-paced environment  - Strong leader with demonstrated ability to drive and influence business leaders and HR partners through inspiration and friendly persistence  - Metrics and results driven; track record of demonstrating impact of programs, tools and solutions  - Knowledge of the latest, innovative online learning products and partners  - Strong Program Management experience  - Able to build strong partnerships with business and team leaders for - best fit- development strategies and solutions achieve business goals  - Strong systemic thinker; quick to see organization and cultural patterns to identify highest leverage areas to address for maximum impact.  About the organisation:  It is US headquartered organisation whose main line of business if towards providing a universal learning platform for the students for tutoring, Internships, college admissions and Careers.
