Manager - Learning & Development - Consumer Durable (7-10 yrs)

Job Description:
To conduct effective sales trainings for employees
- To conduct & organize trainings for dealer sales employees based on business requirements
- To conduct effective induction and orientation sessions of the new employees at the Head
office/corporate office
- To deliver soft skills trainings to employees at Head office, branches and plants
- To customize and design content for various training programs as per business objective
- To assist the L&D Head in developing training calendar and plans for the upcoming year/month
- To monitor and review the progress of trainees as a part of training implementation
- To ensure implementation of quality training programs through pre and post tests, role plays, audits, follow-ups on implementation plans etc
- To involve actively in employee engagement activities like birthday events,celebrations,library management and 'learn through fun' activities
- To prepare required MIS
- To write minutes of daily plan vs achievement
Specifications Required:
- Should primarily be a Sales Trainer
- Pleasant Personality
- Excellent Communication Skills
