1. Identifying training and development needs within the Firm through job analysis.
2. Developing effective induction program which could be followed up by a feedback.
3. Producing and delivering the training modules built for in-house training.
4. Managing the LMS and tracking the training hours.
5. Managing training logistics, MIS and reporting.
6. To assess the development by feedback from the employees on training workshops.
