Manager - Learning & Development - Consulting Firm (6-9 yrs)

We are looking for a seasoned Learning and Development (L&D) professional who will play a pivotal role in managing the training portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for deployment of training strategy in alignment with the needs of the organisation. The incumbent will be collaborating with business to determine training goals, identify training needs, update the content of current training programs, and design measurement and feedback tools.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Program manage and execute the entire training agenda. Develop, maintain and deliver key training programs in line with organization's strategy that aims to attract, develop and manage our high performing talent pool

- Liaise with business stakeholders to do training need assessments and provide training solutions to include, implementation, administration, and/or design and delivery of high quality programs

- Independently plan and drive logistics of various training programs

- Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically

- Maintain and build internal and external SME trainer pool or database. Assist in identifying trainers (internal/external) for various learning programs


- MBA with 6-9 years of relevant domain experience, having worked in consulting organization would be an advantage

- Understanding of L&D function, fundamentals and processes

- Excellent planning and organisation skills, with strong analytical bent of mind

- Excellent communication with problem resolving outlook
