- Managing L&D Operations 

- Interface with internal teams on understanding and catering to their Learning requirements. 

- Own the wide Trainings end-to-end and manage the training calendars offered to service lines. 

- Drive nominations through internal communication, and interface with training delivery partners and other internal process stakeholders to make this possible. 

- Own, manage and deliver on learning-related projects as allocated. 

- Monitor, manage the quality of training delivery and relationships with training delivery partners. 

- Be the point of contact for all digital learning queries, tracking status on LMS, to provide data such as course completion and learning & development results.

- Training Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Effectiveness Assessment 

- Understand business teams requirements in a way that appropriate learning solutions can be suggested to the team members 

- Assist L&D Leader in designing training modules as required. 

- Deliver behavioral training programs including in DAY 1 and new joiner induction. 

- Assist L&D Lead in budgeting and planning exercise.

- Taking inputs from business teams, HR teams and identifying training needs by further aligning them with technical and behavioral competencies for each staff level. 

- Seek feedback after each program and analyze effectiveness for maximizing impact to teams.
