Key Role & Responsibilities :
- Design and develop learning content to build the competencies and accentuate the learning curve of the employees
- Act as the single point of contact for learning activities and execute end to end L&D programs across zones
- Coordinate with various functional SPOCs (Single Point of Contact) to ensure the effective implementation of various Learning &
Development initiatives :
- Prepare & publish Annual Training Calendar for functional and behavioral trainings
- Ensure documentation and record-keeping of all the functional training as per the benchmarked quality standards (ISO guidelines)
- Measure the effectiveness of training to evaluate the change in the competency levels against the objectives of the pieces of training
- Assess & identify training needs for developing behavioral and functional competencies up to managerial level
- Determine appropriate developmental programs & training based on the identified learning needs
- Identify the pool of high potential employees and design leadership development plan to build a leadership pipeline
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees by imparting induction training
- Support in developing the learning management system (LMS) for administration, documentation and tracking training
- Design developmental courses and implement them for junior/middle management
- Identify vendors for facilitation of external training as per training needs by systematic assessment
