The Role we are currently looking out for thought leader who thrive in energetic environments to define and achieve organisation learning and competency goals. A person with strong strategic, leadership and problem solving attitude focused on building a system of continues learning and improvement with in the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the learning and development manager, your responsibilities will involve:
- Provide strategic and thought leadership to frame and execute L&D and OD interventions supporting the fast growing product Organization.
- Creating training programmes that are aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements. --Training Need Analysis and planning organization and Individual training goals.
- Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching.
- Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training.
- Building relationships with 3rd party training providers.
- Managing the development of the HR team from a training perspective
Skills:
- Strong HRBP abilities to understand business need .
- Persistence and diligence to 'go the extra mile'.
- Articulate in both verbal and written presentation
- Abilities to build content for training for Leaders to Executive level in the organisation.
- Must have natural business acumen in order to qualify an opportunity
- A self-starter capable of making sense in unstructured situations
Eligibility:
- 4-8 Yrs of experience in L&D, OD and Talent Management.
- Experience in designing L&D Framework for growing Organisations in Product Space.
- MBA/PGDM From Tier 1 or 2 Colleges.
