We are looking for a Manager- Learning & Development who would be the responsible for managing all learning and development related activities for one of the business units :

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing the L&D relationship with the business

- The role will have an important component of acting as as relationship manager for the specified business unit. This would involve leading the needs analysis activity, driving developmental initiates and managing a variety of stakeholders.

Content design:

Content would need to be designed and customized on an ongoing basis. This would be an outcome of the needs analysis discussions as well as real time requests.

Training delivery:

Conduct sessions as a part of the new hire induction program called KIN. Deliver enabling/behavioral skills training like email writing, presentation skills, business etiquette etc.

eLearning Lead:

Person holding the role will also lead the effort around consolidation, design and roll out of e-learning modules in collaboration with the vendor

Training MIS:

- Analyze and interpret the MIS reports, create dashboards forstakeholders

- Interact with various departments to share the feedback received from the participants of the trainings to highlight the grey areas.

- Monthly & Quarterly dashboard creation for presenting training utilization data band wise and process wise

The Individual:

Should have:

- 10+ years of overall experience, preferably in training

- At least 6+ years of core enabling/soft skills training delivery experience

- Excellent communication skills

QUALIFICATION :

- Full time Masters ( MBA ) with specialization in Human Resources from a reputed and accredited college/University..

- Additional certification in training is an added advantage.

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

- As per company standards

- The CTC will include an estimated bonus earning potential and the actual earning will depend on an individual's performance rating and company policy.
