Manager - Learning & Development - Banca Channel - BFSI

- We have urgent opening for the position in Mumbai of Manager L&D (Banca Channel and Full Time Employment) for a reputed financial organization.

- We are looking those candidates who have experience in HR, L&D, design annual training interventions, preparing L&D plans and programs, preparing relevant training contents, analyze key learning requirements of channel and training strategies, build relationship with channel at corporate, zonal and regional level to design and implement training strategy, training the channel recourses, evaluate and assessment of learning requirements on large scale, manage training operations, develop and implement process for trainer empanelment, design and implement stakeholder engagement strategies.

- Candidate should have MBA degree with min 4 years of experience into HR and L&D domain, experience in managing multi- channel training, designing and executing, supporting, talent management programs, coaching, data analytics, strategies to solve problem, multi tasking, prior work experience in BFSI sector, great communicator skills, previous experience in capturing key training metrics and publishing report.
