Manager - Learning & Development - Automobile - TISS/SCMHRD (10-13 yrs)
We have been retained by our client, one the leading MNC Automobile Company for as they are looking for Manager-Learning & Development for Pune Location.
JOB DETAILS :
Profile and Experience :
- 10 years- experience in Human Resources with atleast 4 - 5 years- experience as specialist in Learning and Development.
- Experience can be 6 - 7 years for candidates who are from TISS / SCMHRD but have worked as L & D Specialist for 3 years or more.
- Must have certification in one or more Psychometric tools or Facilitation methods (MBTI, FIRO B, PAPI, Appreciative Inquiry etc)
- Must have experience in independently designing learning programs
- Must have experience in facilitation of programs
- Experience in handling a High Potential Development Program will be highly preferred
Description :
- Program Director for New Managers Program and Manage, Lead & Coach (Situational Leadership Program) for Senior Managers
- Program Director for Work Level 4 Hi Potential Development Program, Emerging Channel Managers Program, Future Sales Managers program.
- Accountable to design competency based programs for front line leaders using ADDIE approach.
- Deploy innovative learning methodologies to ensure holistic learning experience and sustained learning.
- Identification and assessment of suitable Learning Partners for behavioural and functional programs and interventions.
- Lead design and where ever possible facilitate of GET- MT Induction, mid- year and closure induction program.
