We are hiring for Big 4 in Gurugram and Bangalore.

Level : Manager (Lean Transformation+Black Belt Certified)

KRA's :

1. 11 years of overall experience of which at least 8 years of relevant experience in driving independent Black belt six sigma projects and lean transformation projects from manufacturing and services background.

2. Must have done at least 5-10 Black Belt Projects and over 20-25 Green Belt projects

3. Should have excellent knowledge and experience of running lean projects

4. Should have done Quality & Business Excellence roles in large capacity

5. Expertise in other world class technology like EFQM

6. Experience of building value stream maps and ability to use tools like Igraphic

7. Understands offerings like Customer Operations/ Information Technology/ Finance and Accounting/ Networks/ Human Resource Services.
