Job Profile :
The selected candidate will :
- Manage & strengthen the relationship with existing clients in Pharmaceutical/ Lifesciences / Healthcare/ Medical Devices/ R&D sector.
- Be responsible for networking & connecting with CXO's in this sector to open new opportunities.
- Will be advising & working closely with all Clients as Talent Partner for their strategic hiring at mid & senior level.
We will be looking for :
- Someone with minimum 15-20 yrs experience. Understanding of Healthcare sector is desired.
- Should have strong Business Development (B2B Sales) & Entrepreneurial skill.
- Should be a team player & handled a team
