Manager - Leadership Development (Media) (5-7 Years)

The individual will play a critical role as part of the Leadership Development function, supporting in design and execution of Leadership Development programs across levels at the organization.
Key Responsibilities -
Program Development and Management:
- Contribute in deploying the integrated leadership framework of theorganization through primary and secondary research and prepare roadmap for establishing clear linkages with other talent management processes.
- Design, facilitate and end-to-end program management of entry level development programs to select and develop creative and management trainees for Organization.
- Design and end-to-end program management of development program for mid-level managers across business and corporate roles.
- Contribute to design with internal and external research insights to develop programs for creative and senior leaders.
- Manage effectiveness of leadership development programs year-on-year through constant feedback from relevant stakeholders (leadership, managers, participants, teams), external benchmarking and expert point of view.
- Provide support in conducting in-depth ROI study of the leadership development programs and prepare a compelling pitch for steady uptake from business.
- Leverage technology to execute LD programs - data collection, analysis & reporting, communication, program delivery, engagement, feedback.
- Drive the program branding effort across various creative and management academic institutions, across different organizational forums and external platforms for recognition.
Stakeholder Management:
- Liase with internal stakeholders across levels (HR, BU leaders, Internal Comms) to seek design inputs, feedback for improvisation and deliver programs.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly LD and HR dashboard for business and HR stakeholders.
Budget:
- Effective tracking and mapping of LD spends to ensure budget utilization as planned.
Partner Management:
- Manage vendors for execution of project/ intervention deliverables.
- Facilitate vendor quotes, contracts, negotiations, cost closures and vendor payments through SAP.
Internal Team Collaboration:
- Build cross functional communication & smooth liasioning across other HR and Business Functions to ensure efficient and timely execution of deliverables.
Process Adherence:
- Implement and ensure adherence to agreed Organization & HR SOPs in execution of deliverables.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number and quality of Leadership Development Interventions deployed through the year.
- Leadership Development Program coverage/ reach through the year.
- Evolution of processes, techniques & program designs year-on-year.
- Cost optimization and effective tracking of spends/ budgets.
- Complete adherence to commercial, legal, financial, internal HR processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years experience
- MBA in HR/ M.A. in Organizational Psychology/ Organizational Behavior. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leadership development.
