- Conducting leadership competency/knowledge gap analysis through various data points like Appraisal data, M Cares, CC reports, 360 degree reports, etc.

- Identify Learning opportunities and design training modules for the specific bands to develop Leadership Characteristics/Competencies and performance

- Measure the business impact of learning
