The Client :

Global Mfg Co. currently setting up plant and scaling up the business in India.

The Role :

Based out of HO, responsible for the field sales enablement, demand generation and awareness through outbound marketing messages and campaigns.

Key Deliverables (including but not limited to)

- Devising and executing strategy / tactics that drive customer acquisition and retention

- Driving marketing awareness for the company's products and services

- Communicating and generating demand for the company's broader value propositions and offerings

- Work closely with sales, operations and other internal teams to design and implement marketing programs and initiatives to increase brand awareness and visibility

- Drive multi-channel marketing initiatives across the country based on market intelligence of what works best for each region

- Determine the marketing mix and implement appropriately.

- Gather, interprete, analyse and utilise data and market intelligence to drive key initiatives across regions.

- Maintain and update the website as a key communication tool for the company.

The Person for the role :

- A graduate / PG in Marketing Mgmt with about 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing for industrial products.

- Sound understanding of both on and offline marketing channels

- Ability to devise and deliver a B2B multi-channel strategy

- Excellent communication and exceptional writing skills

- Hands on approach and be willing to "get their hands dirty"

- Be flexible with a can-do attitude and flair for creative problem solving

- Experience of using digital and social channels to drive business growth

- Analytical capabilities with an ability to use and interpret data to make business decisions

Work location : Based out of factory at Oragadam.
