Position: Reporting consolidation lead

Supervisor's Position : Senior General Manager

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :

The primary purpose of the role is to prepare, review and finalize the Consolidated Financials for the purpose of Statutory reporting. This involves liaising with subsidiaries accounting teams and reviewing the Fit for Consolidation financials for each entity. In addition, the review and analysis of the balances at consolidated level is the responsibility of this role.

TYPICAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Qualification :

CA with 10 + yrs of post qualification experience

Experience :

Experience of handling consolidated financials

Knowledge & skills:

- Functional knowledge of SAP

- Excellent technical skills relating to Ind AS and IFRS

- Experience of consolidation through SAP tool

- Good analytical skills

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Project management skills

Consolidation and reporting :

- Coordinating with Subsidiaries accounting teams

- Reviewing the Fit for Consolidation submissions of each entity.

- Accounting policies compliance at group level

- Standardisation of GL code usage at group level

- Prepare impact assessment of changes in reporting standards at group level

- Prepare Statutory financial statements at group level including disclosures

- Coordinating the audit of consolidated financials

- Prepare P&L analytical pack at consolidated level

- Prepare Balance sheet Review at consolidated level

- Prepare Annual report Review deck

- Managing Consolidation BOFC tool

- Liaising with IT partner to make changes in the tool as per Statutory reporting requirements

- Sign off on Process level changes

- Identify improvement areas

- Improve control environment" Timely consolidation, audit and qualitative analytical pack
