Manager/Lead -Recruitment - Start up

- We are looking for Manager/Lead recruiter with Consulting org expn/ Manpower Search & Selection experience in a start up/Small and Medium Enterprise

- As our star recruiter, you will be responsible for hiring world-class quality of people capable to directly impact our various initiatives across verticals such as product, technology, growth & operations.

- You will help build out these teams, be involved in owning hiring targets, partner with the multiple functional leaders, and help us creatively evolve how we attract, hire, and create an unforgettable candidate experience.

Responsibilities :


- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for the candidates in open positions across several teams, based in India

- Collaborate with stakeholders and functional leads (hiring managers) to understand their hiring needs and goals.

- Work alongside the People operations team to drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.

- Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.

- Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline from top tier relevant companies.

- Completely own the process of a candidate lifecycle on Greenhouse, our recruiting platform.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience with recruiting for mid to senior level positions in India in area of product, marketing, technology and operations.

- Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process.

- Creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc).

- Relentless drive to find and connect with diverse talent.

- Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume.

- Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills.

- Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
