Manager/Lead - Performance Management - FMCG

- Develop MBO framework (Functional Goals, KPIs, PDCA templates, targets, dashboards and communications materials) and manage execution

- Facilitating Goal Cascade and KPIs deployment across layers of the organization including KPI standardization

- Liaise with business / functional leaders on monthly performance reviews, tracking, meeting and quarterly appraisals rituals for Performance management

- Manage Performance based Variable Bonus payout

- Manage Operational Excellence programs, including Factory Championship, basic problem solving, six sigma, lean and standard operating procedural training

- Responsible for creation, implementation and maintenance of other functional excellence programs
