Manager/Lead - Operations - SAS/Enterprise Guide/Visual Analytics - BFS (3-12 yrs)
- Hands-on experience in SAS, Enterprise Guide and Visual analytics is a MUST
- People from Telecom, foreign banks preferred
- Would be responsible for Fraud Management, AM Revenue Assurance and establishing processes
- Assurance to ensure mitigation of revenue leakages, revenue exposures, frauds, errors, and omissions.
- Implementation of risk mitigation controls to strengthen the control environment
- Ensuring issues closure within defined SLA's
- Ensuring closure of AM business projects
- Engagement with all Opcos & Group on a monthly basis for review
- Knowledge of Revenue Assurance, GSM Systems
- Ability to do risk analysis and document the business requirements and formulate the business processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Environmental awareness of economic, financial risks, credit risks impacting in digital payment processes
- High level of integrity
