Job Title: Consumer Credit Risk Management Location: Noida The role will sit within International Risk department. It is created to lead a team that will strengthen the controls around mathematical models used by International Cards and Payment portfolios (credit cards, Loans, Acquiring, Corporate/Commercial cards), coordinate and contextualize issues, performance reviews, development reviews / challenge and ensure model documentation is written to the high standard with adherence to the regulatory requirements. What will you be doing? The main objectives of the role include: - Ensuring that the model documentation is correct, comprehensive and complete; - Identifying issues and raising challenge as appropriate - Remediating incomplete / creating missing End-to-End model documentation; - Leading review/remediation of any controls around the models to satisfy the regulatory requirements. - Creating summaries of status of inventory issues What we- re looking for: - Quantitative background; Bachelor degree in a quant field. - Several years of experience working in a similar role or another quantitative position such as QA or model validation; - Strong product knowledge including retail banking lending products (credit cards, loans); - Working understanding of technology infrastructure surrounding model implementation; - Good understanding of existing / potential direct/indirect model controls implemented within Retail Banking - Good technical documentation & writing skills Skills that will help you in the role: - Knowledge of the US SR 11-7 Standard. - Ability to conduct analysis as needed using SAS, R or other programming languages Where will you be working? - Noida
