- Good Experience on Financial Crime and Compliance Management

- Provide Analytical Support

Advanced Analytics : Techniques like neural networks, SVM, machine Learning, Signal patterning, Segmentation

Experience : SAS, SQl, Hadoop,Python, Machine Learning, Big data analytics

Experience : Actimize, Mantas

Role :

- Collaborate with business partners to address potential opportunities and needs for analytics solutions; Conceptualize and build analytical solutions using statistical techniques (if required) to provide insight into the changing dynamics of Compliance activities;

- Partner with stakeholders from Businesses and Regions to identify new opportunities and deliver results; Generate Business Partner confidence and work on obtaining further investment from business

- Implement and execute a transparent communication model with business

- Lead the effort to assure comprehensive review of all potential compliance activities across the organization through seamless delivery of effective analytical solutions

- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics on any other quantitative discipline

- At least 8 years of experience of working in Analytics for BFSI domain. Prior experience of Operations Analytics/ Collections Analytics/ Risk Analytics domain would be strongly preferred.

- Experience of delivering analytical solutions to solve business problems of moderate to high complexity

- Strong analytical thought process and ability to communicate ideas would be required

- Proficiency in analytical tools like SAS, MS Excel and Visualization tools like Spotfire, Qlikview etc

- Basic to intermediate level of knowledge of SQL and experience of working in ORACLE or Teradata environment preferred

- Knowledge of AML domain in general and concepts like Red Flag, Transaction Monitoring, Client Screening in specific would be a strong advantage.

- Understanding of basic Statistical techniques like segmentation, regression, testing would be beneficial.
