Job Title Lead - Indirect Taxation &amp; Accounts Payable Location Dharuhera Plant Reports to Plant Finance Head Supervises Plant Finance Team S.No. Roles &amp; Responsibilities 1.&nbsp; Ensure to implement the relevant changes in GST law with in due time and with full accuracy 2. Ensure to determine GST liability as per GST law and relevant legislations. 3. Ensure timely filing of GST returns and get the audit of indirect taxes conducted 4. Ensure compliances of all legal and regulatory issues relating to indirect taxation 5. Ensure appropriate reply of show cause notices, filing appeal against unfavourable orders by the adjudicating authority within stipulated time 6. Ensure the correctness &amp; appropriateness of the data and information during the correspondence with the GST authorities &amp; other department 7. Ensure ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2A &amp; GSTR-3B 8. Ensure accurately &amp; on-time processing of vendor`s bills, debit/credit notes &amp; manage accounts payable 9. Account reconciliation with the vendors, closing all disputed points of reconciliation, review of debit balances &amp; clearing the same, 10. Analyse and perform month-end books closing &amp; submission of the monthly MIS 11. Ensuring proper maintenance of records refer to the accounts payable &amp; indirect taxation 12. Ensure submission of various reports/information needed during the audit/ review by auditors and smooth closure of the audit 13. Regular Monitoring of internal controls, Processes, SOP and initiate new improvement activities 14. Strengthen the team by sharing the learning &amp; updates, motivate the team to enhance efficiency &amp; skills, ensure training by the team as per training framework 15. Ensuring accomplishment of automation projects &amp; cost optimisation initiatives within the prescribed timelines Desired Qualification &amp; Skills of the Candidate : - Female Chartered accountant with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in indirect taxation &amp; accounts payable - Knowledge of GST Law, Accounting Standards&amp; IGAAP - Practical exposure of SAP,Excel,PPT, Managerial skills, presentation and leadership skills, Professional attitude and work standards
