- Key Responsibilities Providing daily direction and counsel on hiring activities for Front Line sales hiring.
- Partnering with HR leaders within the client organization to ensure fulfilment
- Create, review & execute the hiring strategy & model
- Work collaboratively with talent acquisition team recruiters to deliver on the roadmap priorities.
- Identify and develop Sourcing & process improvements for delivery efficiency.
- Team management, team reporting and Hiring analytics
- Monitor End to end recruitment workflow & provides direction for prioritizing requisitions to ensure attainment of service level expectations.
- Guide recruiters & engage with regional Delivery leads to optimize delivery
- Monitor, review & Publish KPIs, dashboards to ensure adherence to milestones & metrics
