Requirements and Responsibilities
- Lead, Mentor and Coach a team of 30 plus members.
- Working knowledge and experience in data analysis, statistical methods, optimization techniques,
- AI / ML and deep learning to provide insight into business performance
- Manages a team of business analysts and help define, strategize and implement programs and initiatives to improve both performance and productivity
- Present insights and recommendations to management for decision making and strategic planning.
- Controls and develops internal/external information sources for business analysis.
- Ensures that project/ department milestones/ goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
- Be aware of changing business needs, and be able to communicate and execute on recommendations as needed
- Identify points of inefficiency in the collection and processing of data for both reporting and, in our applications,
- Manage, grow, and improve our portfolio of reports, dashboards, and ongoing data analysis
- Ensure that the teams use the same source data and provide consistent data flow
- Someone should have good experience in Click and SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
