Job Purpose
- To Socialize and Execute functional and behavioral (upto junior level) learning for all enterprise and distribution functions in line with the strategic direction and business context
Responsibilities
- To Conduct induction to ensure new joiner success
- To execute Functional & Behavioral trainings across all Enterprise and distribution Functions
- To manage and administrate LMS for Enterprise and distribution
- To design all relevant tools/ resources and processes so as to create a learning environment
Specific Authorities (Financial & Non Financial)
Experience
- 6+ years of experience in delivery, content & LMS management
- Exposed to learning journeys from Assessment to content to delivery to evaluation
