Manager - L&D Agenda/Organization Development & Talent Management - KPO - XLRI/TISS/FMS/MDI (3-5 yrs)

We are looking at someone who can join our HR team and be a major driver & enabler of our growth journey by leading entire L&D agenda, Organization Development and Talent Management.

We are looking at someone who can help us with -

- Ideation & Implementation of Learning & Development strategy in order to build and develop internal talent pool in view of continuous need of Tech upgradation

- Creating and executing various learning strategies and programs to support the business growth and headcount growth in fast-paced environment.

- Working with functions heads and HR head to complete the need assessment and designing and executing the L&D strategy.

- Defining processes for Talent Management and Succession Planning and ensuring that a succession pipeline creation is in process as the company grows.

- Working on OD interventions with the aim of making the organization more effective.

Competencies & Skills Required:

- Master's degree in human resources from premier B School such as XLRI and TISS with minimum experience of 3-4 years (2014-2017 pass outs) of experience.

- Experience in COE in an IT Organization would be preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management skills along with outstanding communication (written and oral), collaboration, interpersonal, team management and leadership skills is must
