Manager Launch Excellence- Life Sciences Management consulting firm Our client is one of the leading life sciences consulting firm that provides strategic and tactical insights to clients worldwide. Blending consulting services with research capabilities, they specialize in corporate strategy, pipeline & portfolio optimization, brand planning, market analytics, promotional effectiveness, and licensing & acquisition. They are based out of Boston, MA, and with offices in New York City, Princeton, San Francisco and Gurgaon. Position Summary : - We are looking for a self-motivated, diligent, and dynamic individual to join as the Manager of operations to support our growing data, technology, and processes within our Launch Excellence (LEx) team. The Manager is an integral member of LEx project teams, responsible for maintaining and improving our data, technology, and processes related to launch support and TGaS data. - This person is also responsible for effectively communicating cross-functionally with project team members and explaining complex data/technology to non-technical clients. The position requires an entrepreneurial spirit, as he/she will guide development of innovative technology offerings and champion LEx throughout the company and our clients. Position Responsibilities : Support LEx projects via management of Launch Accelerator, including : - Product roadmap development and updates - Internal and external marketing - Development/maintenance of SOPs - Navigating inclusion of all launch plans as repository for the tool - Refinements to the - standard template that align with functional guidebooks - Mining data for internal and external use - Developing updated / refined versions - Enhance, manage, and integrate TGaS - Launch Excellence Advisory Database (LEAD) with LEx projects and offerings - Effectively manage time and deliverables with regular communication to senior leaders - Identify and manage internal innovation initiatives, e.g., new or enhanced technology - Ideate, create, and/or lead specific initiatives from ideation to proof-of-concept - Champion our offerings internally and externally - Collaborate on client project proposals, owning the technical approach and data description - Development of pitch materials and delivery in partnership with team members in functions outside of LEx - Fulfill other related roles as assigned from time to time Position Requirements: Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in quantitative, or health sciences disciplines, or related fields. MBA with a life science focus or advanced degree preferred. Work Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consulting or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry. Other Skills: - Excellent technical skills required (navigating Smartsheet or other PMO platforms) - Knowledge of data structures and cloud-based data tools/packages - Experience rolling out technical platforms to teams and organizations - Self-motivation and willingness to go beyond the call of duty, constantly thinking about the next step and the next opportunity - Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills - Desire and ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Interest in helping develop and grow our LEx group
