Manager - Land Acquisition - Real Estate

To assist in identifying and acquiring land parcels across multiple regions in the country;

- To assist in Assessment of Legal authenticity related to land agreements, lease deeds, property ownership etc.;

- Liasoning with the nodal/Government agencies; especially related to Real Estate;

- Understanding of commercial, financial and contractual matters in the real estate industry;

- To assist in Assessment of Property Development Potential & supervise Land Surveys;

- Adhere to internal systems and processes to ensure zero defects.

- MIS & Reporting

Technical:

- Understanding of Core Function

- Analytical Ability

- Expertise in AutoCAD / Drawings / Designs

- MS-Office (Excel, MS-Word, Powerpoint)
