- Developed and executed all business plan strategies and documented all land acquisition issues.

- Prepared annual objectives and budgets for various projects.

- Administered all land acquisition negotiation contracts and documented processes.

- Coordinated with land brokerage community for acquiring more land.

- Ensured compliance to all division contracts.

- Responsible for Sourcing, Leasing & Acquisition of Land/Property.

- Responsible for liasoning with local & government authorities.

- Should have experience in agreements, contracts, Lease finalization.

- Capability of identifying the Right Locations.

Education Qualification : Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate / MBA

Candidate should have strong experience in real estate or construction company.
