Manager - Knowledge Management
Role :
- Liaise between KM and business functions and manage multiple projects
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with businesses
- Drive contribution and consumption of content on all KM platforms
- Ensure quality of content on KM platforms
- Provide consultation for deploying KM programs and systems
- Conduct pieces of training on KM products and platforms
- Collaborate with Global team to understand and drive relevant projects and good practices in India
- Facilitate project requirements; capacity planning and prioritization
- Track the progress of projects against the plans
- Organize and conduct governance meeting, record minutes/actions.
- Publish project status reports
- Create insightful reports for senior leadership
- Person should be open to learn, experiment and innovate
Qualifications/Skills :
- BE /MCA /BCA
- MBA would be an added advantage
- 6-8 years of KM experience
- Solid verbal and written skills
- Must be able to make powerful MS power point decks
- Must be a team player with excellent team management skills
- Hands-on with technology viz: SharePoint 2013, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SQL database, html5, javascript
- Have good understanding of social media viz: tweeter, LinkedIn etc.
