Manage - Knowledge Advisor- CMT- Network & Video Industry

Knowledge Advisor is expected to:

- Understand business requirements from - Network- and - Video- practice/offering leads, Industry Management Director, Industry segment leads, Diamond Clients Accounts team etc to set strategic needs/goals/priorities for knowledge management and

- Operational Excellence with a good understanding of - Network- and - Video- domains.

- Architect knowledge delivery strategy by understanding usage patterns, identifying actions to improve search, content placement, site strategy, building awareness of new assets and effective use of different delivery channels. This also includes identifying goals, knowledge gaps, developing an action plan to address gaps

- Accountable for successful execution of knowledge management lifecycle encompassing curation processes (e.g., collection, QA, posting, retirement, and escalations), maintenance and driving usage

- Ensure ongoing insight into pre-sales, sales, and project delivery

- Identify projects relevant to business needs and receive submissions in real time

- Work with experts (including Offering Planning and Development) to close gaps in existing knowledge that is inaccessible online

- Provide support to address Front Door queries

- Be well-known within the practice as the single point of contact for practitioners to reach out for knowledge related queries and to contribute new knowledge

- Analyze the effectiveness of delivery mechanisms by working along with PI&T Data, Analytics & Measurement to understand the trends, usage patterns etc. and make improvements

- Execute change management and communication plan with practice leadership to foster a culture of content contribution and reuse

- Enable and use a champion network to drive knowledge culture (increase reuse and contributions)

- Enable community activities through active participation and content sharing in the community forums

- Supervise and coach Knowledge Curators to deliver practice business objectives

- Conduct talent development for Curators and Administrators

Experience

- 8-10 years of overall experience working in network & video and consulting

- Past experience in Knowledge Management, Content Management and/ or Program Management role is preferred

- Ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships at an executive level and be viewed as a subject expert whose opinion is sought where necessary

- Ability to lead a team

- Excellent standard of written and spoken English

- Network & Video Industry expertise

- Knowledge of Knowledge Management

- Strong understanding of MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, WordPress)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Project management skills

- Team management skills
