Job purpose:
Responsible for the overall servicing and mining of temp staffing clients by creating a strong client relationship management & ensuring target achievement through cross selling of perm recruitment, online sales services
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relationship with clients, attend clients personally, understand & mine existing business, solve their queries & address escalations on time
- Responsible for Pan India sourcing coordination & delivery of open mandates for dedicated clients through branch recruiters in consultation with respective BMs/RMs
- Drive / allocate branch recruiters for bulk line ups of open client requirements & ensure timely closures as well
- Client coordination in terms of hiring till exit operations of staffing associates
- Ensure client payment collection in stipulated time
- Responsible for building relationships with Key Accounts and to manage a group of key accounts and territory
- Responsible for developing business opportunities with the objective of achieving/exceeding revenue and profitability targets for Account-based Business Plans
- Key deliverables would include developing long-term positive customer relationships, which build customer loyalty and confidence as a preferred partner
