Key Job responsibilities:
- Manage the top line for MT accounts within allocated marketing budget along with sales and growth targets
- Assist in building and executing the Joint Business Plans between the key modern trade accounts
- Manage monthly strategic discussion with key accounts on brand /SKU targets, trade marketing, commercial arrangement.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in mapped accounts
- Manage FF/ ASMs and on-ground execution of trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall company business strategy
- Review account wise monthly performance, ensure hygiene on commercials/fill rates and manage reconciliation with retailers
- Generate data driven insights based on inputs received from key accounts.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams across the organization (Marketing, supplychain, finance) to ensure smooth execution across inventory service levels, SKU availability and payments
Ideal Candidate:
Masters' degree with 3-8 years of MT experience, preferably in the pharma industry industry (Rx/OTC or consumer products)
