Manager - Key Account - Real Estate (8-15 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- Engage with and develop strong working relationships with key client stakeholders at real estate developers and builders, in order to grow sales and margins through an increase in the customer's share of wallet, in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan.
- Interface with the key builder & real estate developer accounts for resolution of critical concerns, coordination with internal departments like O&M, etc.
- Negotiate with key builder & real estate developer accounts to agree on tariffs, terms and conditions of Master Sales Agreements and Process Review Documents.
- Compute and analyze sales metrics (sales volume, sales revenue, profit margin, the share of wallet) for builder & real estate developer accounts. Present the performance of metrics and strategies to grow the segment business
