Position : Manager - Key Account Management/ Sales - Pharma IT & Analytics Solutions (Pharma Solutions Company)
Role :
- To look after Sales of the Company's Brand Protection and Market Intelligence solutions mainly to Pharma companies & to companies of other sectors like FMCG, Agri Business, Auto & Electrical Accessories
- Is responsible for Account Management of customers, getting new business, contract renewals, and expansion activities including: managing assigned market segment / geographical territory accounts
- Will work in collaboration with other Departments across the organization, including Product Development, Technology, Finance and Operations Teams
- Achieve Sales Targets
Requirements :
- BE/BTech/BPharm + MBA
- 6-8 yrs of experience in the Pharma/ Packaging / Marking & Coding Industry in the areas of Institutional Sales/ Solution Sales/ IT Sales to Pharma Companies/ Sales of technology or market intelligence solutions to pharma/ consumer/ FMCG companies, etc.
- Should have good contacts with key decision makers at various levels at various Indian and MNC Pharma Companies
- Ideally should have experience in Institutional/ Concept selling/ Management of Key Accounts
- Should have experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Open to frequent travel
- Able to operate independently and flexibly in an unstructured environment which is both demanding and multicultural
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
