Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Account Managers and Launch Managers on a successful post-sales handoff
- Maintain (and improve) a standard onboarding framework to use with clients
- Design and pitch launch plan to the employers
- Oversee launch activities ; virtually or in-person (as part of QA)
- Ensure launch plans for every employer are set up correctly and manage the hand-off to Marketing for further campaigns and engagement
- Be prescriptive in guiding and educating clients through their adoption and roll out during the onboarding time frame
- Monitor initial usage and proactively review with the marketing team
- Ensure clients achieve their initial value
- Constantly optimize processes to speed time to value
Qualifications:
- Overall 9+ years of experience with 6+ years of client relationship, client success role
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and well acquainted with liaising with decision makers/CXOs/Business Heads
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Training delivery skills and the ability to communicate new concepts to the next billion users
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- 6+ years of experience in a high growth, tech focused environment
