Job Requirements :

Responsibilities: 


- Escalation point for Delivery, should guide the resolution and also ensure repetition does not occur 


- Ownership of Status reports being sent to the Client 


- Quality improvement and overall team upskilling on industry-accepted, Client-mandated guidelines 


- Architecture support to the existing Digital Framework, future-proofing it and a seamless transition to the next version of the Digital architecture as per Client direction 


- Ensure teams Contribution to Origination, Innovation and Automation

Professional Experience 


 - Project/Program Management experience in complete ownership of a Technology delivery team of Analysts, Designers, Dev, Test in multi-site, multi-vendor setup 


- Experience working with Service Virtualization/TDD/BDD and Cloud technologies 


- Experience working in AGILE set-up as a Scrum Master/Tech Lead/Product Owner and working knowledge of DevOps 


- Experience in working directly with the Client Technology Leads: Technology/Functional
