Manager - IT System - SAP - Manufacturing Industry (5-8 yrs)
Manager IT System ( SAP ) - Manufacturing Industry
Key Result Areas ( Key Performance Indicators ) :-
- Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems as well as business related processes and procedures
- Identification & evaluation of applications required to fulfill stated & identified business requirements
- End to end project management capabilities
- Evaluation, coordination with group capabilities, implementation & release of change requests & change projects
- Ensures ope-rationalization of chosen applications: deployment & support
- Maintains and consistently demonstrates a general knowledge of company guidelines, processes, practices and procedures
Educational Background : :
- Must be a BE (IT) / MBA IT from Premium B School
- Experience in B2C domain - industries such as paints, E- commerce, dcor, furniture, home solutions, FMCG, Consumer durables, Consumer Electronics, etc.
Work Experience & Skills/ competencies :
- Ideal candidate shall bring experience in IT, preferred would be from an Indian company environment. Strong project execution abilities
- Must have executed End to End SAP SD implementation projects
- Has significant exposure and hands on experience in identifying value & delivering solutions directly interfacing with the consumers
- Exposure to User interface designing & User experience definition and delivery
- Exposure/ working knowledge of SAP ECC for SAP-SD or higher versions would be an added advantage
- Creating business case/ ROI assessment
- Has led and handled a team of 2-4 (or more) reportees
- Hands on experience with handling & delivering IT requirements; drawing an enterprise wide architecture
- Exposure to creating requirements documents, RFPs, SOWs, Blueprint documents, Configuration Manuals, Training Manuals, Functional specifications, etc.
- Gaps assessments & fulfilment, workarounds identification & deployment
- Infrastructure handling, hardware & networking will be an added advantage
- Knowledge and awareness of the latest trends in technologies and applicable use cases
- Strong communication & coordination skills
