Job Description - It is a Manager- IT Security role with one of the leading NBFC, based out of Delhi NCR. The role offers the opportunity to strategize, design, build and drive IT security pan India for the organization.

Client Details

Our client is one of the leading Indian NBFCs, been in the business for 25+ years now. They have a pan India presence in 55 + locations through a spread across a network of branches and outreach offices. They have received multiple awards for excellence in the NBFC category over the years and intend to have best practices and technologies in the IT security space for the organization.

Description

Reporting to CSO, your job responsibilities would be:

- Design, develop, coordinate and implement Information security and Cyber Security strategy across the organization


- Recommend appropriate security architecture, in line with the business architecture


- Assist and advise development team in secure coding and secure application architecture best practices


- Responsible for Application Security Assessment and, System security and Vulnerability Assessment


- Project management


- Vendor management


- Resolving issues and managing security related escalations, in line with the agreed upon SLA


- Be hands-on as and when required


- Scale the team as required


- Coordinate and work with other functions for achieving the business objectives

Profile

- BE/B.Tech/MS in Information Technology or related area from a Tier 1 Institute


- 6-12 years of overall work experience


- E-Commerce, Banking, Fin-tech or Consulting background


- Hands-on experience working on Cyber Security and its implementation


- Self- driven individual who strives for excellence


- Someone who enjoys problem solving


- Ability to wear multiple hats, do whatever it takes ability and attitude
