The Role:

SAP B1 - IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals

- Identify and assess areas where technology can be implemented to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain new digital processes and systems

- Use SAP B1 as the base ERP for all data, integrations, and automations

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with the company's overall strategy

- Ensure that all technology solutions are secure, scalable, and efficient

Skills Required:

- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software development, infrastructure, and emerging technologies

- Experience with SAP B1 or similar ERP systems

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 3+ years experience
