Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales through
i. Signups
ii. Contact Forms
iii. Live Chat
- Processing of incoming leads generated by Marketing activities across all channels by prequalification, customer connect, support etc.
- Understand customer use case and pitch relevant solutions based on EnableX product portfolio.
- Provide sales support to prospects and coordinate technical support from the engineering team during the sales cycle.
- Research industries/companies to identify prospects and undertake independent outreach and processing.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure as a paid customer
- Improve the Sales Funnel on a MoM basis
- Sales reporting
Key Skills:
- Must have experience in Lead Generation
- Must have good knowledge of CRMs (like Zoho, Salesforce etc.)
- Should be Driven & Motivated
- Excellent Communication skills (Spoken & written)
- Should have experience of selling SaaS, PaaS products
- Having experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management & Business Development is desirable
Qualifications:
MBA in Sales and Marketing preferable having an engineering background
