Manager - IT Risk Management - BFS (5-10 yrs)

We are hiring for a MNC bank based in Mumbai

Role Description:

The person will ensure Operational Risk framework compliance for the Technology and Operations unit.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct & manage the fortnightly India technology risk forum.

- Interfacing with Tech and Risk teams

- Highlighting key Tech related issues and events

- Data analysis on pre-defined key parameters e.g. network downtime, core banking extensions, incident monitoring, IT contract renewals etc.

- Analysing various Tech audit reports and showcasing relevant risks

- Identifying, investigating and collating concise information on adhoc Tech issues

- Preparing and presenting the data to high level management

- Interface with information security (ISS) team to track compliance of cyclic activities such as vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, application security reviews etc.

- Review and provide feedback from technology risk perspective for new products or outsourcing activity

- Track action and closure for Tech related issues ensuring appropriate and timely remediation

- Conduct Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) bi-annual activity for Tech & BCM

- Maintain relationship with stakeholders across the technology support units

- Provide consultation on information security standards, risk and controls

- Conduct periodic trainings on latest information security topics for team
