- Level would be Manager
- The candidate needs to have 9+ years of IT recruitment experience in a captive or product company.
- Candidate should have hands on experience in end to end recruitment process.
- Candidate needs to have experience on stakeholder management, good understanding of the IT industry and IT skills.
- Volume hiring, channel mix, MI mining capability will be required.
- Needs to be able to work independently.
- Should have done right from sourcing to salary negotiations
- Should have excellent exp on working on various IT Skills
- Should have excellent communication skills
