Manager - IT Operations - eCommerce

Job Opening for Head-IT with E-Commerce Company

- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in Networking, IT Security & Cloud

- Able to lead & manage a team of Network engineers, Security Analyst & DevOps Engineers

- Become a single point of contact for senior management for IT operation management

- Responsible for coordination within IT system team and with software department

- Responsible for local & overseas network, systems and security + backups of these devices.

- Networking principles: TCP/IP, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Load Balancers, VPNs

- Windows & Linux Server administration and configuration for performing software upgrades and patches

- Familiarity and experience of configuration & administration of AWS/Azure cloud

- Able to monitor the security logs, Alerts from various network devices like as IPS, IDS, firewall, switches, routers, Load balancer etc.

- Responsible for in house server room maintaining servers, updates/security patches, NAS (bonus for qnap, ssd and 10GBe), UPS and eliminating / planning for single point of failures

- Set/implement/maintain backup policies and verify backups running

- Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills

- Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
