Accountabilities:
- Directs application, computing, network infrastructure, and incident management support functions ensuring availability of key systems 24 hours a day 7 days a week
- Manage and lead IT Support teams (Server Ops, Network Ops, DevOps, InfoSec Ops and DBA Ops)
- Manage proof of concepts, exploratory projects to identify, evaluate and eventually adopt most suitable technical stack for SaaS application
- Manage and administer IT Infrastructure by maintaining up-to-date documentation, maintenance planning and capacity planning to meet business needs
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels
- Manage Service Desk to support user requests with proper problem solving and root cause analysis via ticketing tools and proper ITIL processes
- Manage a team of technicians by monitoring the work load, shift management and prioritizing requests to ensure rapid responses to business/user needs
- Drive continuous process improvements for better & faster service delivery by engaging with internal and external parties
- Ensure that Support teams meet the desired SLA, CSAT and other metrics
- Ability to architect, implement, oversee and coordinate information security efforts across the company in order to safeguard the company's assets, infrastructure, security certifications, intellectual property and business continuity
- Experience with ISO27001, GDPR, SOC2 is required
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional is a great plus.

Must Haves:
- Expertise in developing and executing the Cloud Infrastructure
- Collaborate with cloud computing teams to define Cloud Computing adoption models, best practices, use cases, guidance documents etc.
- Should be able to develop a comprehensive technical architecture to support the SaaS application
- Should be able to plan and lead all aspects of Cloud Infrastructure projects such as Cloud Management
- Should be able to lead Technical Architecture reviews in coordination with the application development teams
- SaaS + Cloud platform - the fastest and easiest solution for cross-browser & cross-device testing
- Recent experience in Architecture, Design, and Implementation of highly scalable, highly available, Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) services and solutions
- Hands on experience in creating and deploying complex cloud infrastructure solutions in small and large environments
- Hands on experience on Amazon Web Services and any other cloud infrastructure
- Process knowledge: Risk Management, Incident Management, Change Management
- Should be able to analyze data and take decisions
- Should be able to plan the deliverables and execute on time
- Exposure to any RDBMS
- Working knowledge in containerisation, Kubernetes and ELK
